BOLOGNESE LIGHT

A bolognese in a light version with noodles or rice noodles, which are originally from China, typical of the cuisine of the East. Try it, it's a tasty version of spaghetti with bolognese souce.

Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, but low in carbohydrates will become a highlight of your kitchen. Ready in 20 minutes


INGREDIENTS for 5 people:
1 finely chopped onion
500 g ground beef
400 g canned chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried marjoram salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a frying pan put some extra virgin olive oil. Finely chop the onion and fry it.

Add the ground beef and continue to sauté, stirring constantly . Fry until all the meat is cooked and well browned.

Add the herbs, seasoning and tomatoes.

Mix and let simmer for 15 minutes while you prepare the spaghetti/noodles. Serve in a bowl with noodles and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
