Steep yeast in warm water, add flour, cover dough, let rise, knead dough incorporating flour and warm water a little at a time. First form a ball, put to rise in a warm place. Then, work by kneading with fists and hands. Form into loaves, let them rise for a second time, then they will be ready to be baked. Happy bread to all!
