How to make egg drop soup
It’s simple, healthy and easy, but most importantly quickly made. You cook the rice, in salted water. When the rice is properly cooked, you add a piece of fresh butter, and then proceed to transfer it to a pan, where you have already beaten whole eggs, usually caculating three eggs for two adult people, and top with plenty of grated cheese. And your egg and cheese soup is ready for tasting!
