GERMAN APPLE PANCAKES
Clean apples by removing the core with the seeds. Cut apples into rounds, slices half an inch thick. Dip apples in white flour thinned with white wine. Fry them in plenty of oil and sprinkle with sugar.
If you want to make your apple rounds even more delicious, slice them into rounds as I explained above, then soak them for two to three hours in rum with sugar and cinnamon powder. After two to three hours let them drain and then dip them in a batter made of water and flour, proceed to frying.
