LEMON LAMB

Marinated lamb with aromatic spices: garlic, rosemary, lemon and a touch of mustard. A really simple and quick preparation, but with a resounding result. Try it!

INGREDIENTS

Lamb leg (for two people about 500 gr)

For the sauce

olive oil

rosemary

lime

mostarda

aglio

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend

Aside, in a bag place the lamb legs or the parts you like best, put the previously prepared sauce directly into the plastic bag, let it marinate for about 4 hours. Add a glass of water and place in the oven for about 3 1/2 hours, 4, until the lamb (depending on the size) is cooked. Serve with baked potatoes and vegetables to taste.

Try it, a really simple recipe but of sure effect!
