MEAT ROLLS

Raw beef GREENEATCHEF 1

INGREDIENTS

4 slices of meat – beef

100 grams of pecorino cheese

100 grams of bacon

1 glass of wine

evo oil

Open the beef slices, lay one slice of bacon per beef slice on top and some diced or flaked pecorino cheese. Wrap the roll and close it with kitchen twine.

In a frying pan pour some oil. Lay your rolls down and let them cook. When the surface is browned, they are ready.

STRACCETTI ROLLS

1 green pepper

1 sliced onion

200 grams of beef

salt and pepper

involtino of egg pasta ( 5 cm x 5 cm)

100 grams of smoked provolone (or other stringy cheese)

salsa queso ( which is a spicy sauce, mix of chili and cheese) if you like
