200 gr potatoes
300 g carrots
200 g eggplants
200 gr zucchini
200 gr peppers
parsley, salt pepper, garlic, extra virgin olive oil
Cut your favorite vegetables into rounds or chunks. Place it in layers. Season with salt and pepper, don’t forget the oil. Bake until you see the vegetables are cooked through, sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
