400 g of shelled shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
1 piece of ginger
1 sachet of saffron
2 tablespoons turmeric
1 chilli pepper tip
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon
1 bunch of chives
salt
1 glass of white wine
Wash and shell the shrimps. Place them in a bowl, add turmeric, turn them over several times. Let them marinate, then brown them in a pan with a little oil. When they are opaque, wet them with a little white wine that you have previously prepared with finely chopped garlic, cumin, a little ginger (finely chopped), lemon juice, saffron, chili pepper and a pinch of salt.
Remix them carefully, then plate them sprinkling them with fresh chives.
