INGREDIENTS
two grated carrots
300 grams of spinach
2 hundred grams of cream cheese, if you want you can also add 2 hundred grams of parmesan cheese
Mix the ingredients and form into balls that you will place on a baking paper and then 30 minutes in the fridge.
Then add in a bowl two tablespoons of almond flour (or regular flour, if you do not have almond flour), a bunch of chopped chives, an egg and a pound of chopped chicken, salt, pepper. Mix and blend the mixture,
Take the previously prepared mixture out of the fridge and wrap the previously formed balls with this second mixture so that your meatballs will have a heart of vegetables and soft cheese.
Fry in a pan with olive oil and the chicken meatballs with vegetable hearts are ready.
