St. Michele del Carso is a small village located in the Karst Plateau in northeastern Italy, near the border with Slovenia. It is situated on a hill overlooking the Isonzo River valley, which was the site of several important battles during World War I.
The farmhouse – The house of flavors – Casa dei Sapori is located in the heart of the Isonzo Karst plateau surrounded by an oasis of peace and tranquility, among forests, olive groves and vineyards.

The House of Flavors uses only sugar and lemon in its jams, with no added preservatives or thickeners. The fruit it uses comes directly from our trees and the farm garden behind the house.
The House of Flavors offers a wide selection of jams with unique flavors, combining tradition with new combinations. Our products include lime honey jams with kiwi and pistachio, strawberry grapes with almonds, apples and cinnamon, persimmons and oranges, quince pears, figs, peaches, apples and lavender, pumpkin with ginger, cherries, apricots, pears with walnuts and cinnamon, and blackberries.
To ensure maximum freshness and quality, we work exclusively with seasonal products, which means that the availability of our products may vary depending on the vintage.
In addition to jams, it also offers fresh produce such as green tomatoes, eggplant with pepper and mustard, red ciopolle, and peppers with hazelnuts and vanilla, all harvested directly from our organic garden. These products are ideal to accompany reds and game, or to be enjoyed with spicy cheeses.
