Truffle with egs
Eggs and truffle
For 4 people, 6 eggs, evo oil, abundant black truffle
Variant – omelette/ eggs with truffle, beat eggs with a whisk, add salt. In a frying pan heat some evo oil and pour in the eggs. Cook over medium heat, continuing to stir for about 3/4 minutes. When cooked, serve with a generous grating of fresh truffle.
